What personal data we collect and why we collect it
The information we collect will relate directly to the services we offer on this website and is done so for the purpose of fulfilling requirement to which the information was offered in the first place. For example, if you purchase a song we may collect you contact information or email address. If you register on the website we will collect your email address and name and surname.

We do track your behaviour on our website, for example, which pages you find most interesting and how often you may check back. This will help us to improve your experience on this website. We do not sell or share your browsing behaviour.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you place an order on our website we retain the following order information:

- Cancelled Orders (Orders that are placed, but are cancelled by the customer or the administrator of this website) – 14 Days
- Refunded Orders (Orders that were placed, paid for and then refunded) – 5 Years (Digital orders are not eligible for refunds)
- Completed Orders (Orders that were successfully delivered) – 5 Years

Your data is hosted in a database on a shared server with our host Afrihost. Afrihost has undertaken security measures to ensure that their servers are as secure as possible. Unfortunately shared server environments do carry their own share of risk, due to the servers hosting many different clients.
We use SSL/TLS (https://) encryption on this website which encrypts the information you send to the website.
We also use a website firewall to protect our website against brute force and other complex hacking attacks.
Although we try to pretect your data to the best of our ability and available resources, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the complete security of your information.
