No returns are offered on digital purchases. All digital sales are final.

Shipping

Digital products require no shipping.

Tickets

When purchasing a ticket from this website you agree to the following conditions:

• Please note that depending on the venue; there are limited tickets available.
• Please download the PDF ticket and print it or save it to your phone to present at the door at the show; no ticket, no admittance.

There are no refunds on purchased tickets, except in the following scenarios;

If, due to unforeseen circumstances; the performance in question has to be cancelled in its entirety.

If Femur have to pull out of a show for whatever reason, but the show continues, tickets will not be refunded, as some of the proceeds will need go to paying venue hire and the other artists’ performance fees)
